Ingredients:
1 package prepared ground tofu1 tablespoon canola oil1 medium green bell pepper, finely chopped1 medium onion, finely chopped1 stalk celery, sliced thin½ teaspoon vegetarian Worcestershire sauce¼ teaspoon black pepper1 ½ cups low sodium tomato juice1 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked½ cup mushrooms, sliced

Cooking Time: 30 minutes - one hour |

| Instructions: |
| Heat oil in a large skillet. Add green pepper, onion and celery and sauté until soft, about 10 minutes.
Add ground tofu, seasonings, tomato juice, macaroni and mushrooms and combine thoroughly. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer 30 minutes. |
